Executive

Conducting growth strategies for vendors and planting the seed for more public exposure. Delivering solutions for every day issues that occur resulting in client’s trust. Playing a key role in the account managing and sales team by focusing on customer’s needs based on their demographic. Becoming an expert in the fitness industry in terms of product knowledge, social media and market trends.   

Responsible for processing orders within the East Coast U.S territory, including Canada.  Working with Illustrator and Photoshop to provide visual proofs of products that leads to orders/sales and potential new clients. Helping to shape the public image of the company using strategies to promote the brand. Time managing and prioritizing based on in hand dates and offering resolutions when production falls short.  
 

Account Manager

Managing all major accounts from Albertsons, Aldi, Walgreens, Kroger, and Ace Hardware throughout the mid-west and north-west U.S territories. Working with sales reps and managers on a daily basis to ensure order processing flows smoothly. Finding solutions to issues ranging from inventory shortage to liability of damaged products. Using analytics of past sales to forecast approximate production quantities for upcoming seasons. Entering and processing orders and samples requests on oracle. 

Account Specialist

Handling all offline customer inquiries for AG jeans and resolving each case in a timely manner. 
Determining/approving if an exchange or replacement is necessary. 
Keeping track of inventory feed for all of Nordstrom Drop ship orders and communicating with sales reps to ensure that units are in stock. 
Creating orders for internal sample pulls for all departments: Design, Production, Retail, E-commerce.
Issuing RA receivers and coordinating with accounts receivable regarding any issues that arise. 
Communicating with buyers and sales rep regarding the upload of styles to the online catalog and resolving any issues.

Overseeing all operations in the kitchen and the dining lounge. 
Taking ownership of customer service issues that arise and resolving them quickly.
Making sure the environment of the restaurant is lively and friendly.
Prioritizing the importance of service and maximizing of customer retention.
