 Headed start-up P&L of the new air purifying global business units in Asia, Americas, Europe, Africa, & Australia, directing strategies with 200+ staff, including sales & marketing, factory, operations, and global sourcing.
 Staffed with engineers, marketers, and designers, the new "Global New Product Centre of Excellence" to ideate, develop, and launch an entirely new high gross profit air purifier product portfolio Result:  Led start-up strategies for the new global business, increasing sales by over 60% exceeding EBITA goals. China's sales grew by over 600% delivering three times the EBITA goal.   
 Developed new Broan brand positioning, directed advertising campaigns, social media and awareness programs, the new company website, three directly owned showrooms, and a presence at trade shows to support the launch in China into Tmall, JD and Amazon e-commerce, 5 of the top 30 national builders, contractors, commercial, hospitals, schools, retail, appliance shops, and OEMs. Result:  Delivered $9.5 million of new sales in 2016 with projected sales in 5 years of $30 million
 Developed brand positioning and a new product design lineup for BEST kitchen premium hoods for launch in the U.S. and internationally with Pininfarina, the top Italian designer famous for the Ferrari car design. Result:  Projected sales are $18 million

Vice President and General Manager

Responsible to President for growth P&L of $2.5 billion of the domestic and global Home Cleaning business unit. Home cleaning was composed of 11 categories including kitchen, bath and toilet care, furniture and floor care. Directed five-year category plan, including operational business and brand strategy, communication, consumer research and product innovation. Led global team in 70 countries with category P&L responsibility. Promoted from Senior Director to Chief Executive marketing head.
•	Initiated turnaround strategies, including innovation and portfolio, brand equity development, expansion into white spaces, cost savings, DTV, harmonization and rationalization of SKU, and oversight of consumer and trade communications. Result:  Achieved annual sales and profitability growth of over 10% and increased global market share by 0.9 points. 
•	Developed Windex®, Pledge®, and Mr. Muscle® new products and global brand strategies, directing 360-degree advertising campaigns including TV, traditional media, social media, and digital. Result:  Grew global businesses by over 7% versus the prior year, while Mr. Muscle overcame competition and achieved brand leadership in global international home cleaning during 2013.
•	Managed new product ideation, development, and launch for global home cleaning and shoe care. Result: Launched more than 20 significant products generating $150 million in sales per year. Rolled out Fresh Disk® and Fresh Strip® with complete marketing programs, growing by 30% to achieve sales of $650 million and profit above the category average.
•	Led Kiwi®'s acquisition team and directed the integration of shoe care into 70 locations worldwide. Defined global portfolio, sourcing strategies, and factory integrations programs. Result:  Achieved 36.3% international market share, growing sales by 6.2% and profits by 15% versus the prior year.
