A highly motivated professional with expertise in field services, health/fitness and communications. My experience as a Sr. Field Service Technician for Nuvasive (The #3 Spine Company Worldwide) has provided me with a solid foundation in the areas of inventory management, equipment repair/maintenance and providing in-services to hospital staff. This position demands a high attention to detail and is paramount in the success of surgery outcomes.  

My personal lifestyle is no different from my professional. I consistently seek new challenges to meet with perseverance, experience and passion. I motivate myself to accomplish things that make me a more capable and educated individual: skydiving, scuba diving, free diving, rock climbing, adventure races and ultra marathons are among the few activities that have helped me grow. I live by the motto that, you may be great at something that you have never tried before, so do not let anything stand in your way of trying something you new!

Provide outstanding service to hospital staff, surgeon customers and the local sales team through timely surgical instrument/implant servicing, delivery, and pickup. In-service training of hospital staff on products, ordering procedures and FDA regulations. Manage consigned inventory stored at customer facilities, including reorganizing, replacing and servicing damaged equipment. Reporting on expenses, case feedback and hospital procedures for department responsibilities to result in cost and efficiency improvements.
