- Oversee end-to-end operations within the e-commerce supply chain, including warehousing, production, transportation, and distribution for music industry merchandise

I worked with the marketing team to create sales assets and plan go-to-market
strategies. Help the sales team achieve sales goals and expand our
customer base. Evaluate data and make recommendations based on trends
or opportunities. Coordinate efforts across multiple channels: private label,
wholesale, and e-commerce. Reported directly to the CEO.

Bearings Skateboard Academy is an indoor skateboard park with a coaching staff and retail store that provides private skateboard instruction, group programs, and skateboard camps. As the Director, my responsibilities were to manage operations, day-to-day customer interaction, develop pricing strategies, create programming, maintain web presence, make all software decisions to increase efficiencies and profitability, secure sponsorships, manage all marketing efforts, coordinate annual skate contests and demos, forecasting, bookkeeping, buying, managing employee schedules, and payroll.

Managing Director

My duties included the purchasing of all inventory including hardgoods, softgoods, and accessories. I established and maintained relationships with a wide variety of vendors, attended tradeshows, and ensured we were ahead of major trends in the skateboard industry. I helped develop in-house product lines with overseas and domestic manufacturers. I oversaw Open to Buy planning, purchase orders, logistics, and delivery timelines. Through regular sales analysis I maintained inventory and shifted budget accordingly. Additionally, I managed day-to-day operations, developed efficient processes, managed inventory, and the team.

Director of Operations / Managing Buyer

In this role, I was responsible for new product page creation including; image uploads, unique product descriptions, and page maintenance. As the Assistant Buyer, I created PO's, attended trade shows and utilized open to buy planning to maximize returns.

Assistant Buyer & Ecommerce Coordinator

My responsibilities included managing warehouse operations, inbound/outbound shipments and staff. Managed and trained packing department to achieve a error rate of less than 1%. I was responsible for developing efficient processes and logistics planning for international and domestic deliveries.
Additionally, I led the customer service team, assisted the photo department with new product updates and created unique web content.

Crested Butte Academy was a coeducational, fully accredited, college-preparatory boarding and day school committed to educating the whole person.
