? Manage all business functions within various product groups for CPG goods, including a diverse portfolio of products and accessories for customers in North America
? Oversee the external development of sales teams and agents, wholesalers, distributors and retailers or major accounts, with a clear and concise strategic vision that implements the corporate plans for all customers
? Manage all customer relationships and accountable for sales retention revenue and business units as well as development for some international markets in the commercial and retail sectors
? Utilize consultative sales approach, proactively consulting with clients, ensuring all aspects of the our solutions and or products are considered by the customer including portfolios sold to our B2B and OEM accounts
? Create proposals and presentations targeted at generating sales for our customers and solving business needs
? Training staff in the area of products and services, especially at high level management
? Build relationships with construction companies and distributors to achieve the marketing penetration and focus
? Develop new target markets, business plans and directly deal with all contract negotiations, and rebates as required
? Execute sales initiatives for new products with Marketing and Product Development on key products and/or initiatives required to close gaps in current product offerings
? Responsible for logistics and operations in the warehousing facilities
? Implement strategic programs for the various divisions and locations in sales depts.
? Develop strategic plans for all sales regions where I compile objectives and goals including the implementation of innovative and specific Loyalty programs for our customers - this includes fiscal responsibility to manage to the Profit & Loss statements to budgets
