Serviced skis, boards, boots, and bindings as a part of the Rossignol Experience Center at Snowbasin Resort. This required having working knowledge of Rossignol’s rental and demo fleet skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings.
Acquired specific experience repairing skis and boards with many unique problems including delamination of the top sheet, base sheet, and side/base edge. Used p-tex, co-polymer, and epoxy daily to repair a number of issues including core shots, blown out edges, and minor base damage. This required an understanding of the Wintersteiger grinding, edging, and waxing machines used at the resort.
Spirit of Snowbasin Award winner.
Consulted for opinions regarding demo ski purchases.
Was asked to be acting manager anytime the rental shop manager had to be absent.
Mounted and tested skis with bindings from a number of manufacturers and brands including Rossignol, Look, Marker, Tyrolia, and Salomon. Certified to service these brands.
Whisper Ridge Backcountry Resort
