Following through from overseas retail trips, buying and trend research, to design of garments in CAD forms, building ranges, presentation of ranges and trend packs to production. Including detailed tech packs, print markers and print approvals. Fit samples, QA and production. Building of category layout boards, core boards and skeletons. Build marketing bodies. Trend research via the likes of buying and trend overseas trips, WGSN, online, etc. Preparing and issuing briefs. Dealing with trims and fabrics, local and overseas suppliers, buyers. Constantly keeping up with competitors ranges. Very fast, pressurised environment working within a team. Programs used: Creative Cloud/Adobe – Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, Bridge CC, Adobe Acrobat. Various Microsoft applications, Word, Excel.
