Have led numerous challenging New Product Launches, each on an international level.  This has helped me develop into an Engineer who is highly adaptable, and fluent in the problems typical of New Launches.  Further, in one of the Launches, I led from the position of Product Development Engineer, and was able to make major design changes which impacted the manufacturability, durability and success of the product significantly.

Due to my ability to adapt easily, and my personality, I am just as comfortable working alone on a project, as I am deeply involved in a team. 

I like the pace of a new Product Launch, and the constant stream of challenges and new problems that are encountered, since this forces me to stress my abilities to learn, adapt, and create.  When this activity takes place on an international level, the experience is even more fulfilling, due to the opportunity to interact with and understand other cultures, values and ideas.
