Establishment and negotiation of all Global ocean and air contracts both Import and Export covering to and from Asia and Europe to and from U.S. All Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain functions ex manufacturer to on board vessel/air to delivery to end user. Marketing of the company to potential U.S. end user clients and Asian/European clients to establish "niche" Ocean/Air overall logistic/reverse logistic marketplaces. Domestic establishment of all trucking vendors via van/container, rail, or piggyback movement.

Establishment, launch, and Management of six (6) Warehousing and Distribution facilities in the U.S. and Canada (Toronto) area for a Globally recognized Metal Trading and Warehousing operation. Hiring, promotion, discharge responsibilities in each location both in Office, Warehousing, and Port terminal personnel. Negotiation and trading of all inbound and outbound metals coming into the facility destined for U.S. consumption, or the London Metal or COMEX exchanges. Marketing of the individual branches to the local government and economic factions to establish long-term infrastructure and present potential opportunities to the local marketplace. Negotiation with Labor Unions in each location concerning both onsite personnel (Office/Warehouses) but also off site (Docks and Terminals) to formulate strategic growth for all entities and parties in each individual location.

Played a vital role in establishment of B2B functions basis acquisition of both U.S. based and foreign based Freight Forwarding accounts. Responsible for local branch Sales in Seattle, then growth in responsibility for West Coast sales personnel (Vancouver, Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco). Introduced "sub-contracting" to further broaden the company's overall branding in the Warehousing and Trading sectors. This included Warehousing, Negotiation and acquisition of commodity parcels and the overall transportation involved in such parcels.
