Manage all Torrid social channels: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Lithuanian Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest with 3M+ followers across channels. • Partner with Influencer Marketing team to activate influencers and ugc content creators for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal product initiatives. • Work in collaboration and manage social team consisting of social media specialist, community engagement specialist, and analytics specialist. • Managing relationships with external partners and social platform representatives at Shadow PR, Sprout Social, BazaarVoice/Curalate, and Tiktok. • Working with cross-functional partners such as e-comm, merchant, pr, brand, paid, creative, and other internal teams to ensure overarching marketing and business goals are being supported on social. • Prepare and present quarterly hind-sighting reports and future planning decks to larger corporate team and executives.
