Strategically devised, oversaw and executed field training sessions, classroom instruction, live fire exercises, and physical training for 160 student classes ensured adherence to training and doctrinal standards, and fostered a comprehensive learning environment. Directed and optimized logistical operations for an 800+ soldier Infantry Battalion, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability for all equipment and supplies thereby enhancing operational efficiency and readiness. Assisted the Battalion Commander as the subject-matter expert on logistics planning, supply and divestment and personnel and equipment transportation. As the primary sustainment planner for Task Force Gimlet, facilitated the seamless deployment of personnel, equipment, and vehicles from Oahu to Pohakuloa Training Area on the Big Island of Hawaii, ensuring logistical support for the 1100-soldier task force throughout all training phases, thereby contributing to its operational success.

Served as the second in command to a 133 soldier Infantry Rifle company responsible for all equipment and personnel logistics, supply, property accountability, and overall success of any company operation was ranked 1 out of 10 executive officers rated by the Battalion Commander during my evaluation period. Coordinated all logistics to deploy 133 soldiers and a property book in excess of 10,000,000, and supported the company during Operation Garuda Shield in Indonesia. Responded and activated the company to a major water crisis on the island of Oahu as part of Task Force Ohana 2021 in relieving 8900 military family members from contaminated water supplies. Maintained operational readiness through out the four month period while our company was on 48 hour worldwide deployment standby.

Led and trained a highly skilled, 36 soldier, rifle platoon through tactical exercises including deployment to the Joint Readiness Training Center in Louisiana. Developed individuals and teams to cooperate and implemented a complex array of tools, weapon systems, cross functional teams and individuals to achieve any mission set. Directly responsible for excess of 1,000,000 in property and equipment. Conducted thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to enable safe and effective training.

Contributed to the construction and remodel of residential buildings by performing various labor tasks. Repaired & replaced a variety of scope types in existing residencies. Built masonry & wood framed partitions, including rough finishes such as drywall & paint. Installed finishes such as tile, flooring, & millwork cabinetry. Installed plumbing & electrical fixtures such as bathroom fixtures, outlets, & lighting.
