Responsible for general day to day operations at Rhythm Interactive, an Integrated Digital Marketing Agency specializing in CMS driven website development and technology based digital marketing solutions. As Director of Operations I oversaw and managed production staff, screened and hired new team members, assessed and forecasted production capacity, oversaw invoicing/billing, updated and/or implemented new production and operational processes, clarified roles and responsibilities, monitored and measured performance and evaluated results.
