Global Marketing Manager

Marketing & Sales

Bilingual Marketing Manager with more than 10 (ten) years of experience in the solid/liquid separation Industry. The past 4 years have been focused on developing the American territory for the Power and Intakes division. Previously I acquire experiences in environments such as: merger/acquisitions, major organizational re-engineering, rationalization and expansion periods. Demonstrates a result oriented leadership and prioritizes management counseling. Team worker, who knows how to insure involvement and commitment, recognized for my ability to achieve objectives. Prior to my last position I was very involved with international sales and marketing giving me an excellent comprehension of the different approach.

Responsible for positioning Ovivo Globally and Marketing of all product lines related to Energy business unit for the Power Generation and Oil & Gas & Petrochemical industries. Works closely with the Global Market Directors and General Managers to provide information on new opportunities, project tracking, sales tools, develop advertisement and PR to further promote Ovivo and its offerings in the Energy market.  

1. Develop Strategic Marketing plans and annual budget in line with objectives.
2. Develop and execute annual operating marketing plans and program to better position Ovivo, grow   business, and meet objectives of the business units.
3. Responsible for administering and reporting of Market Budgets for all Ovivo Energy entities around the world, and monitoring and reporting each program’s effectiveness.
4. Organize all Marketig Activities for the Energy Group.

Responsible for the Western Region of North America in regard of Market development and Sales. Work with a network of Industrial Representatives and support them to achieve the goals and objectives of each of their territory. 

Maintaining our existing Power Generation position as well as developing new market such as Oil & Gas, irrigation and pumping station.

Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
•	Responsible for all Communications & Marketing activities for the Groupe Laperrière & Verreault Inc. around the world, intern and extern
•	Overview the Communications & Marketing activities within each Group division
•	Acts as strategic partner within the executive committee and as counsel to the president

Achievements: 
•	Build the new GL&V Website
•	Develop new tools to support the groups initiatives
•	Responsible for the new look of the GL&V Internal Journal 
•	Part of the acquisition team
•	Reorganize the Communications & Marketing group world wide

Glogal Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
 • Responsible for all Communications & Marketing activities for the Groupe Laperrière & Verreault Inc Pulp and Paper Group. around the world, intern and extern
 • Overview and consolidate the Communications & Marketing activities of the Pulp and Paper Division
  
Achievements: 
 • Develop new tools to support the groups initiatives
• Part of the acquisition team
 • Reorganize the Communications & Marketing group world wide

Manager Communication & Marketing

Responsibilities:
•	Manage the development group (Budget of 3.4 M $) and a team of professionals responsible for labor relations,  recruitment, training and development, as well as part of the sales support in negotiation for all the contracts
•	Part of the strategic team for the merge 
•	Member of the Board of Directors of all the companies inside that group (6)

Achievements:
•	Reorganization of the human resources department and implementation of new value inside a new structure (Incubateur industriels)
•	Responsible of the integration and negotiations of three companies inside that group, and that in less that one year
•	Implement a flexible structure to ease all the activities of the companies inside the same administration and building.

General Manager

Responsibilities:
•	Manager of a small team of engineers 1.5 M $ budget, taking care of the day-to-day business
•	Find financing from different level of government 

Achievements:
•	Got grants from Government 325 000$ in three months
•	Organized structure inside a new company

Coordinator

Responsibilities:
•	Help Project managers in different market studies for different industries
•	Internet research.

Achievements: 
•	Part of the team who did a feasibility study on the merchant Hydrogen market
