Plan and execute operations for weddings, events, and groups visiting the mountain. Assist groups in organizing all aspects of their resort visit such as lodging, food and beverage, mountain activities, off-property functions, and transportation around the resort and the local area. Work with all departments to ensure proper communication and execution of the event in weekly meetings for all upcoming events. Worked with clients to ensure that all needs are known and met ahead of time and on the day of the event, as well as organize all needed materials and equipment lists for the events. Set up of the event including Audio Visual needs and assist with all departments on the day of the event to ensure a wonderful experience for the group and a seamless event, including transitions to and from different areas of the resort. Coordinate with all outside vendors prior to the event and on the day of to organize arrival times and their individual needs once at the resort, including loading and unloading times and locations.

Sales of Drop In beer to current and new accounts, build and maintain relationships with all accounts including on and off premise, work closely with distribution company, set up and maintain social media strategy and calendar, work with Brewer to maintain knowledge of brewing schedule and new beers, schedule and work all events including beer festivals and promotional events on and off site, and with accounts and distributor, prepare and supply all needed permits and additional insurance policies for all events, set up and attend all meetings with accounts and distributors, manage brewery tasting room and tasting room staff, process payroll, build schedule for tasting room and events.

Developed social media marketing plan, cold call sales for up and coming business, built and designed website, www.runamokmaple.com using squarespace system, worked with owner and maple producers to fully understand the process, worked closely with community to ensure quality ingredients were used to meet standards and comply with all FDA regulations, worked with advertising and marketing consultants to develop the best plan for launch campaign, set, executed Luxury Marketing Strategy, managed and delivered all orders from accounts, worked events including set up and break down, market research, customer service and quality control, maintained relationship with all accounts.
