Prologues is a podcast hosted and created by Mary Skinner. During one of her viral videos, Mary discussed hibernation season. Thus, the inspiration for the merch collection was born.

Haley is a surface designer, graphic designer, and illustrator. She is the founder and creative director of Shine with Haley LLC, a design studio that creates designs that are in line with the current trends as well as with her client's customer base. Haley's portfolio showcases her skills and expertise in surface design, brand design, and apparel design. She works closely with her clients to understand their vision, goals, and needs while delivering designs that have sold out in less than ten minutes. Her style has been described as light-hearted, delicate, and elegant with a hint of nostalgia.

Create illustrations, designs and surface patterns to be used across various mediums including apparel and accessories.

Create tech pacs for manufacturers to know exact specs

Create storyboard to ensure collection and/or designs are cohesive with brand guidelines and vision

Create hand-drawn typography to be utilized across various mediums including print, apparel, and packaging

Conduct market research to ensure client designs are on trend and in alignment with target demographic

Communicate with vendors throughout the development and production process to ensure packaging is
executed correctly and aligns with branding standards
? Create SKUs to keep track of inventory
? Create purchase orders to ensure packaging is printed and shipped to the warehouse by the deadline

? Source new vendors to find the top talent to create our products
? Collaborate with various departments (marketing, product development, design, etc.) to ensure everyone
is on the same page and effectively working towards company goals
? Create meaning card orders for vendors and negotiate price if necessary to ensure the department stays
within budget
? Design packaging for upcoming and current products including the Alex and Ani brand and company
partners (Disney, Harry Potter, Warner Brothers, etc.)
? Implemented new data system to track POs and SKUs
? Create packaging guide for warehouse to ensure products get packaged correctly

Procurement Specialist

? Managed $2.2 million budget by recording purchases to ensure department was under budget during the fiscal year
? Managed over 70 projects at a time on the UCONN Storrs campus by conducting meetings with vendors
and stakeholders, gathering quotes, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring all aspects of the project were up to code and the University's standards
? Provided designs for various renovations by selecting color scheme, furniture, lighting, flooring, and materials to ensure the space looked professional and appealing
? Met with vendors and stakeholders to ensure final product met their needs, wants, and applicable codes.
