Improved product development processes creating GANT construction guideline for over 30+ product categories including Men's, Women's, kids, and teens and accessories. Worked with different stakeholders from Sales, Design, Buying, Product creation and Sourcing to train and consulted with onboarding manufacturers into the production process. • Build a "toolbox" of blocks/shapes to be used by design and product creation during the building of a range. • Stakeholder for 3D implementation and reviewed CLO 3D, Shima Seiki along with other 3D Cad- programs.

Created tech packs for all styles, that is including technical sketch and instructions, measurement list, quality, trim and color refs. • Developed measurement standard document including grading rules to our suppliers to avoid recurring problem in fit and quality.
