Hank LeMaster: Operations Manager in Reno, NV

Started from the very bottom at my current employer 13 years ago as a sales agent and since have climbed to the top position of operations manager. Wore many hats and mastered key departments to have a greater appreciation and understanding of a smooth running operation as a whole. Specialized in shipping and receiving the last 6 years in a 16,000 SF warehouse. Implemented multiple changes throughout the whole operation to reduce shipping costs, increase performance, and diminish errors. Increased warehouse capacity and decreased idle time. Worked closely with shippers and suppliers to stay current on all relevant options that would suit our best common interests.
