Provide superior customer service based on the customer's wants and needs. Measure and monitor sales progress and results against key targets. Act as one of two Brand Managers for the store. Ensure that visual merchandising standards for the store are met and keep the Vans customer in mind when creating outfits and displays. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protect company policies. Avoid shrink through training all associates on loss prevention procedures. Perform all daily opening and closing procedures.


Assist customers on the Sales Floor with making selections, drive sales through up selling, and educating the customer on the philosophy of the store . Supervise staff including delegating tasks and responsibilities to Sales Associates and following up to ensure that tasks are accomplished; train new employees on store processes and procedures. Act as main Buyer; responsible for selecting clothing to purchase and resell in the store based upon style guidelines and current trends. Oversee store’s Instagram and Instagram stories; make sure posts are aesthetically pleasing, organized, and fit store narrative.
