Administration & Clerical

—	Personal initiatives to expand the customer base have increased year-over-year sales by 30-40%.
—	Consistently the organization’s top salesperson in both sales volume and sales dollars per hours worked metric.  
—	Duties include leading the visual and fashion merchandising for the flagship store, assisting in the merchandise buying, and overseeing the store’s day-to-day operations.

—	Pursues new brands/merchandise to carry, buys from vendors during their road appointments, and via Joor works with vendor representatives to manage purchase orders and return authorizations. Uses my customer service experience and knowledge of the market to oversee buying for the Scout & Molly’s store. 


—	Acted as the liaison between Schwab financial advisors and the data aggregator software program PortfolioCenter. This program measures advisors’ financial performance for their clients portfolios. Responsibilities included assisting financial advisors with their performance, daily posting needs, billing and working with networking issues.

—	Responsibilities included contract management support of Client Service Managers and Sales Specialists of Cisco across the US, Canada and Latin America. 

Sales Operations Analyst - Services

—	Reinvigorated the Cameron Village store’s underperforming sales to rival the performance of the store at North Hills.
—	Oversaw day-to-day operations at both locations and cultivated a superior customer service culture that yielded a 30 percent quarterly increase in revenue at the Cameron Village store. 
—	Increased both stores’ visual and fashion merchandising to appeal to more diverse markets and worked closely with buyers to improve merchandise content and stay on trend.
—	Implemented distinctive marketing techniques and built lasting relationships with key customers to increase volumes at both stores.

—	Assisted store manager in leading the North Hills sales team to exceed all sales revenue targets. 
—	Instilled new store culture to maximize each customer’s sale and ensure consistent superior service by individual sales training with each associate.
—	Led the store’s visual and fashion merchandising and assisted in buying decisions via open communication with the buying office. 


Assistant Store Manager

—	Top seller that generated over $30,000 of net sales each month while exceeding all personal revenue goals and ensured the store exceeded its revenue targets.  
—	Concentrated on superior customer service, and expanded volume of loyal customers to the North Hills store. Led Uniquities’ social media campaigns and increased revenue for the entire chain through updates to the store’s Facebook and Instagram pages.


Stylist and Lead Sales Associate

—	Worked in the Clinical Administration Department managing a global Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trial and a global Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trial. Contacted potential clinical trial sites and coordinated with the sites to process regulatory documents for the clinical trials.
