Receptionist

Administration & Clerical

•	Direct incoming phone calls and emails, as well as distributing mail
•	Created companywide directory of current employees and departments responsibilities and contact information
•	Assisting the Human Resources department with various tasks including; maintaining employee personnel files, assisting with employee celebration events, and new hire orientations
•	Assisting the Accounts Payable department with numerous tasks including consolidating and routing invoices, collecting approvals, communicating with vendors and employees, answering payment questions or requests.  
•	Uses Dynamics AX for checking invoice payment and processing, checks purchase orders if they have been entered or received.

Every day was a different field trip, making reservations months in advance and making daily adjustments for changing enrollment numbers, and staffing. •	Responsible for communicating and scheduling with outside contractors for enrichment classes offered through the community center.   
•	Supervised a staff of six— this included training them, organized their schedules, and held weekly meetings

Youth Programs Coordinator

•	Assist in the preparation of daily program activities including materials and supplies; lead activities with a group of students; provide a safe, caring, positive and interesting learning environment that supports a high level of student engagement.
•	Serve as a role model and foster positive social-emotional growth of students; follow school rules, follow established procedures for behavior management using a continuum of intervention strategies; reinforce positive behaviors as appropriate. 
•	Actively supervise students during academic hour and enrichment activities; encourage students to use active study strategies and support students in competing homework.
•	Assist students with homework completion; explain questions and provide better understanding of homework as needed.

ASES After School Teacher

•	Lead a variety of small and large group activities each week. Activities may include crafts, nature, songs, games, sport, and fitness.
•	Supervise the children, ensuring that their safety is the priority.
•	Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure after school pick up runs smoothly.
•	Participate and encourage positive participation of all students in daily activities and events.
•	Provide transport via van for off site field trips
•	Responsible for groups of 5-25 children as a team; and up to 7 children individually 
•	Lead and participate in activities which include, but are not limited to, team building initiatives, physical games, and activities.
