It's the endless pursuit of style and substance that gets me up in the morning.

I manage development and production at LA LOOP, a global accessory brand known for its beautifully designed, functional jewelry items, most notably the patented “Original necklace for eyewear," born out of necessity in 1999 and sold to fine retailers and individuals across the globe, and the 2020 launch of LA MASK, our top selling PPE-with-accessory category with press features in Vogue and WWD. I take great pride in being part of an entrepreneurial business, and my ability to roll up my sleeves, find creative ways to build product and solve problems, and simply get the job done. - Ability to take collections through every step from concept to market.
- Experienced in working strategically within the constraints of a target market, brand, cost/margin structure, and calendar to develop products that are both innovative and aligned with sales goals.
- Proven track record of building relationships with global and domestic vendors and managing skilled laborers, resulting in lower costs and more consistency in quality.

- Own all stages of product development, through trend discovery, design creation, raw material sourcing, prototypes, and merchandising
- Successfully launched and grew the LA MASK product line, a mask-with-accessory PPE category, with features in WWD, Vogue, and Refinery29, resulting in historic retail and wholesale sales during 2020
- Reduce cost of goods by negotiating raw material costs with key suppliers, while minimizing excess inventory and materials, producing a consistent 70% wholesale profit margin
- Streamline processes of inventory management, WIP, and supply purchasing
- Recruit and manage local skilled laborers and support staff, resulting in shorter lead times and improved quality control
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to align messaging around new products, creating impactful multi-channel campaigns, contributing to 75% increase in direct-to-consumer sales between 2019 and 2021
- Implement new strategies for e-commerce to improve user experience, convert sales, and elevate brand, with focus on engaging copy, effective merchandising, and landing page graphics
- Collaborated with branding agency in modernizing product lines and brand identity in 2019, organizing over 125 SKUs into more intuitive categories
- Produce and style campaign and product photography, working with photographers, talent, and props to capture each piece in ways that communicate product features and elevate the brand 
- Energize global customer base at trade shows in New York, Las Vegas, Paris, and Tokyo, with sales form shows contributing to nearly 25% of yearly revenue

- Collaborated throughout product creation process by spearheading market research, trend analysis, concept design, color story, raw material sourcing, illustrations and technical sketches
- Supported Production & Operations Manager to ensure all processes moved smoothly, from inventory management, tech pack creation, to supplier follow-up and raw material cost negotiation 
- Led fit sessions with Designer, Fit Model, and Patternmaker to finalize all designs, ensuring a highly edited collection with a premium quality standard
- Planned merchandise assortment, coordinated with venues and buyers, and designed promotional assets for in-person selling events which accounted for over 50% of yearly revenue
- Coordinated and styled product photoshoots with Designer, studio, and talent
