? Set up new employees weekly with Work Authorization Memo’s to support the FISAC program which maintains the Air Force’s Nuclear ICBM (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile) program. Help set up employees from the near beginning of the program, 40 employees to over 350. ? Create a project status report for dozens of FISAC projects on a weekly basis. The report is sent out to the program managers providing them with feedback of budget, funding, % spent. ? Oversee and track a travel budget of $2M+ for the entire FISAC program. Keep managers informed of their travel budget with a Travel Tracker which includes travel estimates, actuals, and detailed information of each employees travel. JIRA software is how we manage travel. ? Quarterly run floor check timekeeping audits for 8% of the employee workforce. ? Use COBRA, EVM software, to update company actuals on a monthly basis.
