I am a top performer with an excellent work ethic who is always willing to take that extra step to ensure everything is as it should be.  I have over 30 years of IT experience from working in cryptology in the US Navy to IT management positions in the gaming industry.  I am highly experienced in developing, maintaining, and managing IT departments. software upgrades and installations. Implemented Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all servers and
workstations that resulted in a 15% cut in down time. Responsible for full and incremental back-ups of

Service Packs, ArcServe 6.2.

Systems Administrator responsible for network operations of a 30-agent call center. Implemented Telecommute
program sending 8 agents to work from home. Designed web based online order center.

Medals, two Flag Commendation Letters, as well as several other minor awards.
