1) To look whether all the standard operations are strictly adhered to managing, receiving, sorting, grading, and dispatch of items within given time. 2) Doing GRN (goods receipt note) for almost 2 tons of items and to keep a note of delivered items from vendor so that any pending item quantity for an approved indent will be automatically issued. 3) Thereby monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers to guarantee hassle-free operations at the distribution center. 4) Maintained established levels of goods based on sales forecasts and demand to fulfill orders on time.
