Responsible for building the local face of Red Bull throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. Build strong local networks including opinion-leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. Create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities while encompassing local needs.

Develop, manage, negotiate, and drive Red Bull's relationships and partnerships with professional athletes.

Responsible for creating and executing innovative ideas with athletes that penetrate sport and brings Red Bull's athlete partnerships and brand personalities to life; with the goals of (1.) generating brand awareness, (2.) partnership awareness, (3.) can sales and desired consumption, and (4.) credibility in sports.

Leading holistic business initiatives and campaigns incorporating athletes for on and off-premise sales, brand marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, and distribution across the region athlete roster.

Event Marketing:
Manage the creative development of future Red Bull events – gold standard. 

Lead quality event execution and production for regional Red Bull Sports events. Develop project plans, oversee execution, and lead the project team. Source and manage Event Production Companies and oversee all event logistics. Fiscally responsible for event budgets on assigned projects.

Sports Marketing Specialist

- Drive storytelling and communication efforts around Red Bull’s regional marketing initiatives in the Heartland Region spanning 7 states including Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, North and South Dakota. This comes to life through a strategic mix of earned, managed, and owned media. Regional marketing priorities include athletes, motorsports, skate, snow, basketball, gaming and dance. 

Responsibilities include:
             - Build and execute wholistic communications strategy in alignment with key marketing initiatives and projects 
             - Build, activate, and accurately track influencer earned media strategy for key projects and year-round activation
             - Develop and manage relationships with roster of 40+ influencers and content creators across ten priority audiences that have a following of over 80 million across social platforms
             - Collaborate with influencers and Red Bull athletes to create unique and relevant content for earned, managed, and owned channels
             - Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with freelance talent and agencies

Communications Specialist

- Responsible for supporting Red Bull branded and third-party sports, culture and consumer-oriented events in the Heartland Region (MN, IA, NE, MO, KS, ND, SD).
- Red Bull Athletes Supported - Levi LaVallee, Benny Milam, Andrew Carlson, Hilary Knight, Team LaVallee race team.
- Athlete Projects Supported - Red Bull Portside, Red Bull Lakehouse, Red Bull Barn Burners, Red Bull Enchanted Forest, Red Bull Imagination 
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the region to plan event activations.
- Build new relationships and find/create new opportunities in region as road warrior for the brand.
- Manage and maintain company assets within yearly budgets.
- Manage $250,000+ worth of company assets. 
- Took lead on development of the new EV identity including name and logo.
- 100% event execution in 2020-22, while delivering detailed safety plans with flawless execution on site.

Event Vehicle Manager

- Aided in operating and setting up for all snowmobile and snow bike events at Winter X.
- Coordinated where the Snowmobile Winter X employees would stay, eat and work during their time in Aspen.
- Setup and organize riders meetings, as well as explain to riders where and when they needed to be somewhere.
- Worked with colleagues to efficiently and effectively put on the greatest show on snow for millions of people worldwide

Winter X Games Marketing and Event Operations

- Responsible for supporting the development of key audience sports programming, focusing on owned events, 3rd party events, and sport big moment planning and execution.
- Red Bull Flugtag: Application and attendance phase BTL support, facilitator of cross-departmental event efforts, local on-site sport liaison.
- Red Bull Cornerstone: Coordinated meetings with key stakeholders, registration administration, event day management and managed infrastructure requests.

Sports Project Specialist

- Supported the SSMM in the planning and development of the sports BP20 process in the Heartland.
- Red Bull 3X: Led OL and community outreach, on-site event management, team comms and coordinator, rallied local ONP and CC teams around event efforts.
- Heavy 3rd Party Event Involvement: Summer Games Done Quick, AMA Motocross, 2D Con, Crown Rally, Ojibwe Forests Rally.
- Big Moment Support: Summer X-Games, Moto Can launch support, two mini-moto event executions.

Sports Marketing and Events Intern

- Responsible for all Intramural social media and marketing campaigns throughout the college
- Spearheaded marketing campaigns to increase Intramural sports participation by over 150%.
- Organized/created all intramural sports schedules and communication emails with participants on campus for 4 years.

Marketing Coordinator - Intramural Sports

- Aided in the distribution process of beverages in Southern Minnesota. 
- Worked with colleagues to efficiently disperse product in a variety of stores and markets in many different cities.
- Build displays to help market and sell our product.

Distribution Agent

- Oversaw the complete setup and breakdown of Summer X both internally and externally throughout the venue.
- Assisted many departments where needed to help execute a successful event on a global scale.
- Delivered vast knowledge to spectators/athletes when they needed assistance regarding information about the venue.
- Coordinated and executed emergency evacuation plans for thousands of people during severe weather.

Summer X Games Marketing and Event Operations

- Worked with Supercuts and MLB to promote its recent partnership.
