Proozy is an e-commerce retail company that sells everything from home goods to clothing. As a
graphic designer I worked on email strategy, digital graphics, social media content, and worked closely
with the photography depart,ent. My role included;
Creating graphics for 10-40 emails campaigns we sent on a daily basis, as well as SMS graphics and website
graphics. These were created in Klaviyo and Shopify. Working with the Sales team to create promotions.
Working to create branded content for weekly sales, promos, and holidays. I work closely with the photography
team, to execute marketing materials such as lifestyles and flat lays. I also helped to re-touch and edit the product photos for the website.
I implemented our content calendar for social campaigns and email campaigns. I also set up our social
scheduling platform.
I created a Social Media Manager role to implement content strategy. I produced social assets across
channels and implemented our content calendar for upcoming holidays and promotions, as well as social
scheduling platform (Sprout).
I worked with the web team on UXUI, by designing and creating the Membership and Rewards Program.

wore many hats. I was essential to customer service by answering DM's, emails, and phone calls on a daily basis. I was also a scheduling wizard, playing Tetris with detailed schedules
across many stylists and customers. As a Social Media Manager;
I was a content creator, photographer, videographer, copy writer, graphic designer, and professional hype
woman.
Creating Tik Toks, Instagram posts, and working with individual stylists to assist with their artist accounts.
I created a social media guide for the salon and implemented paths to succes with each stylist. I would do
content trainings, and monthly meetings with staff members to see how their accounts are going.

On a daily basis I would maintain a clean, organized space in a busy fast-paced environment. I helped

IFAI is a global association of textile manufacturers, suppliers and end-users. As a Member Program
SpecialistI managed all of the programs that we offered our global members webinars, awards
programs, and workshops. I also executed the marketing of these programs by copywriting, creating
email campaigns, and social postings. This was a new role at the company, so I wore many hats and had to establish best practices and SOP's for nearly everything. Some ongoing projects looked like;
