• Owning day-to-day customer success management and client implementation of platform.
• Building productive ongoing relationships with direct advertiser marketing teams, advertising agencies, and agency trading desks.
• Consulting with customers on digital marketing and data-driven targeting best practices.

Global Media Planner | Account Manager, Client Services

• Managed accounts for five West Coast sales representative acting as main point of contact for both agencies and clients.
• Project manager live digital advertising campaigns on a daily basis including daily communication with the internal optimization teams while watching client KPI's and comparisons to industry benchmarks.
• Led creative approval process between the client, creative agencies, or rich media vendors.
• Owned client onboarding, implementation, strategy transparency, weekly data analysis, campaign performance, optimizations, and continued partnerships conversations.
• Oversaw 2MM+ in quarterly media spend, handling client budgets campaigns ranging from $10k/week to 500k.

Account Manager, Client Services

• First Sales Planner hired at HQ, tasked to create and install new processes for the Sales Planning team.
• Built and installed Rate Cards, Case Studies and client FAQ documents for Sales Planning team adoption.
• Worked internally with Account Executives, Engineering and Ad Ops to create an organized communication structure and workflow for incoming client RFI/RFP's in order to maximize client relationship success.
• Formulated and returned strategic proposals tailored to each client ask, offering programmatic display, mobile, video, and/or FBX media solutions ensuring honest recommendations for client retention and increase revenue.

Digital Media Sales Planner, Client Services

• Developed media strategy and proposal recommendations for Fortune 500 clients.
• Optimized live digital advertising campaigns including daily communication with ad networks, publishers, and creative partners while monitoring daily campaign performance comparisons to industry benchmarks and clients desired goals and KPI's.
