Originally hired to assist both the Sales and Marketing departments, as well as maintain all merchandise, but quickly promoted to production and distribution team where I evolved my role as Production Manager to a top 50 brewery in the nation: ? Restructured and facilitate day to day operations for both the brew house and cellar team based on future demands and tank status. ? Responsible for anticipating sales forecast to develop weekly brew schedule and ingredient procurement. ? Own raw material purchasing, inventory management, orders, disbursement, and transfers between three Belching Beaver Brewery brewing facilities. ? Manage, maintain and strategize current and future hop, fruit, and bulk grain contracts. ? Collaborate with heads of Sales, Distribution and Marketing departments for special and seasonal releases to meet set release dates. ? Assist in new recipe development including tracking and scaling R&D test batches, coordinating and communicating new recipe techniques to brewers and cellarmen, and assessing new recipes for sales tiers ? One of three personnel in charge of operating and maintaining SAP based system Orchestrated Beer. ? Involved in monthly warehouse safety meeting scheduling, organization and follow through.

Hired to perform data entry and general office administrative tasks and quickly grew responsibilities to own accounts receivables, accounts payable, customer engagement and support, online advertising and rental unit sales. Efficient restructuring of these processes (and enthusiasm to grow the business) led to promotion in 2011 of Office Manager. Success and responsibilities include: ? Charters to increase efficiency and throughput of the office under new management ? Regulated owner and tenant relations and communications ? Cultivated and developed support training and on-boarding practices for the firm. ? Responsible for processing timely finance reports for property owners. ?
