I have over three years in the motorcycle business such as off road, street helmets and boots, some knowledge in parts, I have over the phone and in person skills over five years, I know how to interact with the public in a positive professional environment, I have worked events that has given me interaction with customers. My goals are into improve my skills even more and have fun in a positive work environment, also to work events with an outgoing company.

•	Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with questions, concerns, and ensuring their needs are met in person and on the phone.
•	Responsible for balancing transactions in the check book and computer, bank deposits, writing checks, filing, making appointments, making sure the office stays clean and organized, stocking office supplies, making supply orders, checking in customers, and entering the jobs into the computer.

•	Responsible for the operation of cash register and balancing transactions, as well as running credit checks for line of credit.
•	Oversee six employees by providing guidance and positive discipline when needed, provide training, and  resolve conflicts and errors.
•	Ensure all products are fully stocked and organized.
•	Had to learn everything good and bad about the products I was selling to customers, learn how to up sale and add on items to the sales, and had to learn how to safely size a customer properly on boots, helmets, and riding apparel.
