Hello there, I am a designer/director with over 15 years of experience. I’ve spent the last 9 with cabi, a women’s lifestyle fashion brand. I'm passionate about design and I excel in situations where I am able to create great design. I have spent the last 5-6 years both executing design and leading others in design. I take great pride in teaching jr. designers efficient ways to complete their tasks with the technology available to them. I enjoy focusing photographers, videographers, and stylist’s creativity on photo/video shoots. I delight in fine tuning the work with the editors and retouchers. I am captivated by how the internet can connect a consumer to a product. I like being able to shape the way a consumer feels and interacts with our products in a very personal manner. I use HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript, to deliver more impactful digital media. Lastly, I have a love for environmental graphics. I often look at environments and wonder how I can transform it to my clients branding and needs.

Manage Jr. creatives, vendors, and other internal / external departments creative. Design & direct a complete portfolio of digital and print media, including: catalogs, animations, illustrations, story boarding, branding, video editing & title cards, wireframes, programming, marquee graphics, tradeshow materials / experiences. Code responsive HTML5 templates. Photo manipulation, retouching, and art direction.
•	Managed multiple teams and projects branding for corporate tradeshows.
•	Researched, designed, concepted, art directed, executed and elevated seasonal collateral & look books.
•	Worked with project management, field management, and sales management while complying with various department approval processes to create work that was well liked and respected by the entire company while meeting all deadlines and budgets.
•	Utilized and taught new technology to Jr. Designers to increase their efficiency and skill sets in print, digital, and social media assets.
