I am the Retail Support manager with an overall responsibility for preparing a large number of art consultants with the information and after sale care they require to develop lasting relationships with our range of domestic and international clients. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the effective operations of the department including establishing and developing productive alliances with the company’s artists, customers and suppliers. Supporting the work of other departments by identifying and developing valuable improvements to the operations team, growing the skills and careers of the employees that report directly to me and improving the companies relationships as a whole.
