based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
• Developed testing and evaluation procedures to ensure a quality program.
• Organized and collated training materials, including manuals, multimedia
visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Developed methods that helped decrease time to certification.
• Facilitated and developed hands-on product trainings for lab managers, clinic nurses,
and technicians which are essential for the success of the unique clinical features our
products provide.
• Developed an introductory training program for ancillary department personnel.
Identified and evaluated the need and developed a 3-module training plan that
encompassed our corporate and industry history, product description and functionality, and competitive sales landscape.
