Innovative merchandiser.  Retail Buyer and Sales  Representative

•	Create branded and non-branded pet product merchandise assortments (apparel, food, services) for four stores across southern California. 
•	Collaborate with Creative Director on forecasting annual sales and Open-to-Buy budgeting for every pet division which includes apparel, bedding, food, services, supplements and other needed essentials for all locations. Incorporating the management of 20-40 vendors and over 1,000 different skus
•	In charge of final decision-making such as product selection, cost and term negotiations, and merchandise distributions, while identifying new business opportunities to gain and develop new product into the current assortment 
•	Responsible for controlling budget within inventory levels, and category levels to stay within strategic plans
•	Responsible for all merchandising directives for the four locations, including monthly window and floor merchandising moves, along with creating monthly store promotions



•	Handled sales for private label and in house brand. Managed all sales and retailer relationships within accounts to ensure business growth within the markets (brick and mortar or full ecommerce)
•	Worked with the graphic team to build new art packages for retailers for private label divisions, what trends were in market or going forward to help build the brands vision
•	Identified new growth opportunities or growing current ones to meet or exceed sales goals with private label and in house brand. Maintained invoices and collecting payment.
•	Product development on private label and in house brands for each season 
•	Managed international distributors and assisted with producing, shipping all samples in a timely manner prior to selling season


Inside Sales Manager

•	Handled all day-to-day process for the Osiris website with customer service calls, order processing, invoicing orders and any defective product issues and procedures
•	Collaborated with the Web Marketing team on product placement and organization of the website, pricing strategies, visual presentation of the overall web layout, and ideas on budget-friendly campaign spending. Helped grow business of website by ensuring all product available was on site
•	Worked with major accounts including Amazon, Zappos, and Zumiez along with sales reps on handling all logistics through SPS Commerce and Vendor Central to insure on-time shipping of PO’s, coordinating with warehouse on routing and scheduling of pick-ups, return authorizations, entering ATO or pre-book PO’s, and invoicing. 
•	Assisted sales reps with new account setup, reviewing of open order and back order reports, sending out information on seasonal drops and updates on any invoicing issues


Inside Sales/Operations Assistant

•	Created branded and non-branded merchandise assortments for 55 stores across areas in the Midwest, catering to the junior fashion market and action sports lifestyle target market
•	Worked closely with the Senior Women’s Buyer and Shoe Buyer on forecasting annual sales and Open-to-Buy budgeting for the Accessories, Swimwear and Fashion Footwear divisions, which incorporates the management of 20-40 brands and over 1,000 different skus for each season
•	Played an active role in crucial decision-making such as product selection, cost and term negotiations, and merchandise distributions, all the while identifying new business opportunities to gain and develop new product into the assortment plans.
