?	Manage team of 6 - 2 Sr Control Buyers, 2 Control Buyers, an Assistant Control Buyer and QA Manager
?	Primary responsibilities include: oversee all aspects of planning for company, oversee/manage pricing and liquidations activity; produce company planning & promotional activity reports & analysis (including sales, SKU count, margin by season for catalog & web sales by department & class); coordinate with Director of Merchandising on catalog changes, promotions, email activity, and team support; manage HSN drop ship items and all TravelSmith drop ship set up and products; training/mentoring new hires; oversee and support QA manager.

?	Manage calendar and checks for all teams for promotional activity, monthly markdowns, new catalog items going live (coordinate with Web team), and coordinate with Creative team on late changes on products and pricing for catalog.

Director Inventory Planning & Control

?	Oversee and responsible for all Inventory Management functions: seasonal forecasts, Open to Buy, receivings, vendor invoicing, debit memos, and inventory adjustments
?	Organize, direct and manage physical inventory at DC twice a year. Coordinate scheduling, work with DC on staff counts, share responsibilities with IT Director on back office work (correlating double count sheets, reviews, blind third counts and all reporting).
?	Manage staff of 4 planners, shared management of Logistics and Inventory Management Coordinator.
?	Assist in the hiring process and responsible for the development of the team.  


Manager, Inventory Planning

?	Oversee and responsible for Planning operations for 2 divisions (Gardening & Indoor Décor, $38M) in 5 channels (Stores, Catalog, Web, Wholesale, and Trade).  
?	Manage staff of 3 people: 2 Planners and an Assistant Planner. Assist in the hiring process and responsible for the development of a new team to successfully operate in a self managed environment.  
?	Develop top level annual and seasonal plans including forecasting for sales, inventory, and margin. Create weekly forecasts and reports which are distributed and reviewed with upper Management. Oversee markdowns for clearance and temporary promotions, review margin impact with senior management.
?	Create and maintain annual calendar for Merchandising planning and promotions.


Manager, Inventory Planning and Allocation: 2006–2007
?	Manage staff of 6 - 2 Planners, Allocation Lead, 2 Allocation Analysts, and a Merchandise Specialist. Oversee and responsible for Planning and Allocation operations for a $25+ million dollar company. Develop top level annual and seasonal plans including forecasting for sales, inventory, and margin. Assisted in hiring process and responsible for the development of a new team.
?	Create weekly reports for company and review with upper Management.  Create seasonal recaps which are used to develop correctables and comp plans during the seasonal pre-planning process with the Merchandise Buying team.  Shared responsibility with Merchandise team to create and maintain annual calendar timeline of item process from development to markdown.
