•	Manage all West Coast marketing (California and Washington) for 220+ locations
•	Create and manage marketing budget and yearly business plan in entirety

•	Develop and execute new, remodeled, or relocated store events (incl. ribbon cutting with city officials for ground breaking and grand opening celebrations)
•	PR contact for any and all media and customer related items including crisis management
•	Social media strategy, content creation, data acquisition and analysis, incl. Facebook for Business and Instagram for Business.
•	Concept, plan, and execute large scale multi-day regional sales meeting and golf tournament (500+ attendees)
•	Work closely with charitable organizations (American Red Cross) and develop fundraising campaigns in tandem, raising +$2MM each year for the charity
•	Control all branding elements across departments as well as with local vendors
•	Plan and execute local marketing events (Dew Tour, NHRA Winternationals)
•	Interact with vendors across multiple channels
•	Develop, design, and execute in-home marketing materials


• Manage PR: product loans/gifting for TV/editorial/influencers/celebrities
• Social media strategy, content creation, data acquisition and analysis, incl. Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business and Pinterest advertising
• Copywriting for the brand (ALL B2B and B2C)
• Email campaign strategy, planning, and data analysis
• Create and maintain department budget
• Influencer/social campaign planning and execution
• Ecommerce/Campaign photo shoot coordination, production, and execution
• Tasked with opening the company’s only retail store
• Concept, plan, carry out events of all scales
• Manage Sales team’s tradeshow calendar

Marketing Coordinator

• Concept, plan, carry out all eblast materials for DTC and in-store events, promotions, wholesale for all brand divisions (Splendid Women, Splendid Mills, Splendid Littles, Ella Moss Women, Ella Moss Girl)
• Photo shoot coordination and production from concept to launch incl. vendor relations
• Project management of creative studio schedule and work load
• Coordinate signage and creative promotional needs for full price and outlet b&m 
• Assist PR and sales with creative digital needs
• Analyze eblast sales and plan how to continually improve the business
• Concept, plan, carry out runway show for mid-scale influencer dinner
