•Create and develop entire re-branding of Multi-family communities. •Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, video and sound. •Review and approve proofs of copy and art materials developed by staff members. •Manage own accounts and projects while working within budget and schedule. •Meet with other department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques. •Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software) •Work with various departments to maintain and develop content for all web properties, while tracking and reporting on all site metrics. •Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors. •Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events.
