- Create the CDM seasonal process in partnership with senior leaders and partners, driving cross functional alignment and communication with consumer construct partners.
- Manage multiple workstreams and own the seasonal workback schedule, inclusive of all CDM channels across global Nike Stores and Digital.

execution of visual merchandising and integrated marking plans in line with commercial sales targets.
* Key Account Management: Develop custom marketing programs, including shop-in-shop
opportunities, special displays and printed assets, collaborating with big box/multi-door accounts
(REI, DSG, Public Lands, Academy, Scheels) to deliver on brand and account goals.
* Specialty Retail: Ensure that institutional and seasonal in-store promotions are coordinated with product launches and campaigns, observing brands guidelines and achieving targeted business goals.
* Identify KPI's; manage a multi-million dollar budget, prioritize opportunities, monitor results assess
ROI and ensure net results in top and bottom-line growth is linked to business results.
* Develop sales associate training and incentives, consumer promotions, events and activations.
* Manage concept to completion global fixture display program and POP resources; work directly with agencies/vendors for on-time delivery of design, budget optimization, production and distribution.

Global Trade Marketing Manager

Manage global retail marketing/visual merchandising, trade strategy and brand management;
assess new item and visual merchandising opportunities and creatively leverage point of purchase tools and sales collateral to grow brand recognition and increase sales at retail.

Marketing Manager

includes global merchandising, trimester/seasonal programming, calendar management, margin
goals, wholesale prices and forecasting unit needs in target with KPI's.
