As a customer service focused brand most of my job is working face to face with my clients, creating a personal experience that sets our brand apart. I have worked for Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids as both an Associate Store Manager and Manager of Design. Responsibility's include conference calls regarding business and payroll, goals and contests, community out reach and in home design services as well as visual direction. I focused on clienteling, building lasting relationships through an extensive tracking system. Stayed current on trends through constant product knowledge. Aggressive selling techniques and understanding how clients shop and purchase.

I consulted, evaluated and sold high end bridal attire. Creating a rapport of trust and professionally guiding clients through the process of outfitting of their bridal party. Ordering, processing and preparing their gowns. I planned several events including trunk show's fashion show's and expo's to leverage our partners and products.
