Hello,
My name is Herman, I have a passion for designing products and their details. As a hands on Art Director/Graphic Designer in the apparel industry, I create hand and digital illustration artwork, graphics, packaging, original and inspired repeat prints, finishing's, embellishments and details, design/develop soft bags and accessories. I also have a passion for surfing, scuba diving and skateboarding.

Guide Recipient and Subrecipient inquiries working with FEMA: 
- Guiding Recipients and Subrecipients through the Public Assistance Grant process.

COVID-19 TASK FORCE - Supervisor, Crowd Control/Patient Movement:
- Managing patient movement operations at the main Point of Dispensing [POD] location for Covid-19 vaccination. 
- Supervise Vaccine Support Aid staff to support all patient movement efficiently utilizing a variety of formats and procedures per SoP and OpTempo. 
- Establish patient seating and routes to best support each stage of Covid-19 vaccine.
- Maintaining strong and clear communication with all Covid-19 Task Force joint agencies.

• Increasing sales monthly by optimizing manufacturers technology and workflow, expediting all b2b sales.

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development.

• Manage email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
