Hi! I'm Hilary, a Los Angeles native who has worked for both startups and well established companies in the entertainment, commercial real estate, and online marketing industries. My passion has always been to help businesses on the back end through the operational aspects by creating efficiency and structure.

I started out as an Art and Photography major then graduated with a BS in Business Communications.

Side note: I'm obsessed with Taco Tuesdays, specialty coffee shops, traveling, surfing, and my two dogs.

Managed the San Diego office and team on a daily basis, and the Baja clinic on a monthly basis.

Director of Operations

Oversaw the operations team—supporting 100 agents, staff, and executives. 

Provided leadership, strategy and direction, and took the lead in developing best practices in all operational aspects of the company.

Partnered with the District Manager to focus on building a solid organizational infrastructure and team.

Managed all office operations, company events, suite maintenance and security, vendors, and all office related projects and moves.

Oversaw and assisted in all listings, escrows, and closings for agents—including meeting accounting’s weekly and monthly deadlines for commissions. 

Maintained and submitted all company invoices, agent expenses and marketing allowances, while monitoring the office budget and allocating funds.

Responsible for onboarding agents and employees, working with HR, payroll, and IT to setup on the network.

Managed all business operations of a 100-person TV production company & a 20,000 square foot office space.

Controlled costs, effectively allocated & recommended resources, & reviewed financial & operating information.

Provided advice to top management in the planning, implementation, & evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, & procedures to ensure efficiency.

Point of contact and liaison between all employees, executives, vendors, & building management. 

Ensured compliance with company process & procedures.

Oversaw all projects and workflow between the casting directors, producers, legal department, production, & SVP of Casting.

Worked with research & development team on new show ideas, & casting new people & companies.

Shows worked on include: Secret Millionaire (ABC), Real Deal (History Channel), How the Other Half Live (ABC Family), Killer Karaoke (TruTV), All Worked Up (TruTV), Wife Swap (ABC), Beyond Dance (MTV), Planet Primetime (Travel Channel).

Pilots worked on include: Bidding Wars, Secret Superstar, Secret Talent Scout, Untitled Show (CBS), Untitled Show (E!), Buyer Beware, Hot Moms of LA (E!), Survival of the Smartest (History).

Produced specialty corporate events & tradeshows around the country, from sponsorship & branding needs through setup & execution. 

Managed all social media outlets for Moss Networks & clients.

Marketing Event Coordinator

Created & implemented a workflow database for all teams to track their projects & status from start to finish.

Worked with CEO in start-up of sub-company dealing with all compliance related issues for websites.

Monitored all company websites & collaterals, & worked with banks and Controller to make sure they all products were compliant.
