Performance Product Developer

Engineering & Production

•	Develop products that meet company margins while maintaining design intent and quality.
•	Work directly with suppliers to ensure an understanding of product requirements and deadlines.
•	Provide vendors with proto, size run, & confirmation sample comments.
•	Track and approve all necessary submits of artwork, lab dips, trims and packaging.
•	Partner with vendors to source new trims, fabrics, and innovative concepts.
•	Travel overseas to work with factories & mills on system updates, as well as color & sample approvals.
•	Created, implemented, & manage color process for entire development team by placing color requests, fabric bookings, communicating with mills, and advising on lab dips & sublimation strike offs. 


•	Partnered with design in creating garment measurement specs for tech pack development
•	Accurately measured samples point by point when received from vendors
•	Attended fittings to collect fit notes and essential corrections to be made to samples
•	Provided fit and construction comments to vendor, including detailed photos of corrections
•	Altered and corrected patterns received from vendors using Gerber Technology


Technical Designer 

•	Created original designs & technical flats digitally for pattern makers and sewers over seas
•	Communicated fit comments to vendor, including detailed photos of corrections
•	Sourced fabrications & trims for entire design team to be used on future designs  
•	Managed and over viewed all outgoing design, pre production, and send-out files


Designer

•	Hand sketched designs for pattern makers overseas to observe and produce
•	Conducted trend research for seasonal design inspiration 
•	Recorded notes during fit sessions, and made appropriate corrections to samples
•	Assisted in review meetings by recommending new color ways and fit alterations 


Assistant Designer 

•	Traveled globally and locally to style runway shows, photo shoots, music videos
•	Organized and held model castings and fittings
•	Mended and altered all damaged and improper fitting couture garments
•	Managed and maintained show rooms display shelves, racks, and mannequins
