I have been working in the hospitality industry the last 10+ years, all of my jobs have played a major role in customer service and guest communication. My current job I manage all of our social media sites and respond to all the positive and negative reviews, plus more. I really want to get my feet more wet in marketing and public relations, I truly enjoy doing the marketing for my current hotel and I would love to get more involved and help with events. My goals in the future is to be regional sales and marketing for a company and oversee a hotel, company, etc..

I organized golf tournaments, weddings, and fundraisers. I also did the month end and day end reports. I did the payroll for the golf course as well as accounts payable and receivable. Promoted the golf course, went to sales functions. Signed up new and existing members for membership at the course. Also helped with the pro shop and made reservations for golfers.
