I am an apparel designer in the action sports and outdoor industry interested in opportunities to design fresh, concept-driven products that connect with and inspire the target customer. I draw inspiration from streetwear trends, contemporary art, high fashion, architecture, pop culture, and astute everyday observation.

Apparel Graphic Design for Nicki Minaj for Kmart, Joe Boxer, Everlast

Womens Apparel Graphic Designer

-Designed five seasons of apparel for women’s swimwear, fitness, and active lifestyle brand sold in 350+ top North American retailers 
-Owned print design process including trend and color research, sketching, generating original art, color-ups, repeat engineering, and strike-off approval
-Created technical sketches of over 100 styles per season and managed all design and merchandising changes throughout line development
-Built tech packs including BOMs, graded specs, and all technical sketches Fit and commented on all samples through production

Designer

-Created tech packs for 40 styles of high-end women’s skiwear including specs, construction details, and technical flat sketches
-Designed all print and embroidery art according to design briefs 
-Determined design direction via trend research, customer feedback, and dealer insight

Assistant Designer

-Created technical flat sketches for several men’s outerwear pieces 
-Presented sketches of updates to existing jacket styles

Freelance CAD artist

-Translated fashion illustrations into technical flat sketches
-Conducted design and trend research and created presentation boards Engineered print repeats for freelance artists in Photoshop and Illustrator
