Job Description:
•	Working with Global Engineering Data manager to refine global PLM strategy for isolation valve
business
•	Design and Implement suitable solution architecture for PDM/PLM system in collaboration
with IT team and monitor performance and data backup with help of team
•	Simplify and standardize engineering process and develop tools/templates and integrate
them inside PLM/PDM system

Job Description:

• Provide manual testing on functional areas on PartsLink, MPMLink, Product analytics etc.
• Planning, effort estimation, resource allocation for different project activities
• Ensuring that the deliverables meet the agreed timelines, and regular tracking, monitoring and reporting
of various KPI's.
• Ensuring the team is following all the Agile ceremonies like Product Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, reviews, retrospective, demo, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings which are continuously being
monitored using Burn down Charts, Velocity graphs, etc.
• Ensuring that the team also rigorously follows the TDD along with issues triaging, 8D and 5Y techniques
of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
