I am Allan, I am so glad to join this community to seek new opportunies in my carrer. 
I am a printing technical engineer in Vietnam. With more 4 experience years in printing industry, specially Digital Printing (Hp indigo), Flexographic, color managemet system as Idealliance certificated G7 expert .
My vision: work  with global environment in printing industry.
My strength: independent working, good teamwork, creative thinking, solutions thinking.

Responsible for making the training plans and train to the operators for running on
press machines & new equipment to inspect the print quality (EyeC, Powerscope   )
- Create SOPs for the Production Department.
- A Project Leader in Production Team:
+ Set up a new Flexo machine with MCC Team
+ Calibrate the Monitor, Proofer, Machine follow G7 - Color Management Workflow
+ Create the project: Spot Color System - All in one - Mixing & Controlling the Aniloxes match
the Pantone
- Support the customers for sample approval in new projects (DeltaE & matching the Pantone)
- Training the other course: 5S course, eXact Xrite spectrophotometer.
- Troubleshooting and finding out preventive actions in long term.

- Certificate of completion the HP Indigo 30000 Operator Level 1 Course
- Certificate of completion the RIP HP Smartream Packaging and Label Print Server DFE Operator

- Operate and quality control printed jobs on HP Indigo press.
- Knowledge well about Esko, Color Engine HP Smartream Label and Packaging.
- Good using eXact Xrite and understanding the color management workflow
- Troubleshoot dicrectly in Production operations.	.
- Train to new employees to operate the HP Indigo machine.

- Operate and quality control the printed jobs on the HP Indigo presses.
- Using good Exact X-rite (Spectrophotometer) to measure Color (PANTONE, customer's spot color).
- Have a good knowledge of HP Indigo and troubleshooting in operations
- Using i1Pro2 to measure and make profile for the press.
- Knowledge based of the Mellow Color (Color management standard).
- Make new samples and create new color profiles to print and reduce waste time in making ready.
