Creative Director for Google and YouTube accounts, leading design and copy for B2B digital marketing solutions, including websites, email, advertising, executive communications, to inspire and engage Google Ads and YouTube Ads customers, who are the driving profit center across Google business.

Creative Director, The Shop @Google

At Firewood Marketing, I am Creative Director for "The Shop" a dedicated team that produces copy and design for Google Ads and other Google-owned clients, including YouTube. Leading both design and copy-based projects, I drive first-in-class digital marketing solutions, including email, advertising, and web to inspire and engage Google Ads customers for this significant profit center across Google business.

As Director of Creative Development at mobile game developer Nexon M, I built and maintained a high-performing team of Art Directors, Visual Designers, Video Editors, Motion Graphics Artists, Project Managers, and multiple external agencies to support the business objectives of a growing publisher. Producing Brand, Marketing, Advertising (User Acquisition), App Store Optimization, and Social/Community assets across digital, video, OOH, and events, I am a player-coach who is directly engaged in the work and mentoring a team of Creative and Project Management leads. 

As a member of the Executive Leadership team and reporting to the General Manager, I supported growth decisions, best practices, and cross-functional relationships and processes between Creative, Marketing, Product, User Acquisition, Community, Platform Optimization, and Corporate to increase productivity, improve communications, and drive Creative Development to achieve business goals.

Senior Director of Creative Development

As Creative Director for StubHub, I drove awareness, preference, and retention for their sports and concerts marketplace, creating compelling advertising for digital, TV, radio, OOH, and print, in addition to programs in CRM, social, and event marketing. To launch the first ever “NextStage Concert Series,” I led identity design and message development for new, high-value concert audiences. 

StubHub.com is an eBay company and the premiere secondary ticket sales marketplace for sports, concerts, theater and entertainment globally. As Creative Director, I lead an internal team of designers and copy writers, as well as external agency partners for advertising, direct response, social and specialized projects. Creative drives and ensures the collaboration between Marketing and UX teams to unify the brand voice and design experience of users across all touch points from discovery via unified channel marketing campaigns to cross-platform product experience on mobile, app, and desktop.

As a nine year veteran Creative Director at Electronic Arts, my subject was world-class video game franchises, producing identity design systems, key art, photography, illustration, CG, and graphic design. For these multi-million selling entertainment properties, I built “Brand Centers” focused on the critical elements of each game, to foster integrated cross-channel campaigns. 

Electronic Arts is a leading publisher of video games worldwide. As Creative Director in the Global Advertising and Branding group, I drove identity design, key art and advertising for leading game franchises across EA's portfolio. Directing the creative for brand identity toolkits, I established the voice and design tools across marketing channels whose integrated campaigns drove awareness, brand affinity and sales. From final character development for new IP to front end UI design, all consumer touch points emanated from the identity design and key art across platforms and media, including packaging, advertising, website, social and CRM. 

Key franchises include: Battlefield, Need For Speed, Dragon Age, Medal of Honor, Skate, The Sims, Dead Space, Spore, SSX, The Godfather, Def Jam: ICON, Army of Two, Titanfall, and others.
