I am a graduate from the University of Washington with a bachelor of arts in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts. While I am a creative person at heart, my work experience is mostly in customer service and administration. I am currently seeking full time opportunities in an administrative or receptionist role preferable in a creative industry. I am very organized, calm under pressure, and great with people.

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and accurately schedule clients with great customer service
• Accurately maintain schedules for five artists according to their preferences

• Implemented a new organization method for intake forms and calendar management
• Actively update social media accounts and website information as well as currently creating a
new website for the company
• Accurately report expenses and weekly payroll
• In charge of ordering both medical and office supplies for the business
• Arrange cleaning and maintenance services for the work space
• Keep the workspace clean and organized throughout the day

•   Have accurate knowledge of all jewelry and shop procedures while handling multiple tasks
•   Basic clerical work such as answering phones, emails, and scheduling appointments while staying

•   Selling high quality jewelry with excellent service
•   Photograph high quality images of fine jewelry for web and e-commerce, both product and creative shots
•   Edit and prepare images for upload into POS and web use
•   Maintain communication about project needs and work with fast deadlines

Oversee an eight hour shift including employee breaks, money management, and proper food
handling procedures by all staff
