*	Recognized as a category expert. Responsible for facilitating and leading product development by working with cross functional teams through all stages from concept to production.
*	Working closely with the VP to create new styles to meet sales goals and sales margins. Familiar with style performance: Best and Worst sellers by brand and adjusts development based on business.
*	Adheres to line plan to support creation of seasonal styles that meet line plan requirements to ensures we meet costing margin requirements.
*	Liaison between design team, preproduction, and production teams to ensure that development runs smoothly and efficiently all the way through production.
*	Manage and oversee the development from start to finish for Seasonal Solids, Seasonal Prints, Core & Premium collections for Walmart USA.
*	Provide leadership in managing and overseeing Product developers, responsible for separate accounts.
*	Working day to day with my patternmakers and sewers to ensure styles are executed properly and meet the Walmart guidelines and expectations.
*	Manage collection style set ups in our PLM/BOM System to prepare styles for patternmaking and costing
*	Oversee product development progress on a regular basis to ensure that projects are on track and meeting all objectives.

*	Assisting in forecasting future trends and design ideas for the brands print division to create bold, new & fresh designs.
*	Worked closely with the creative director to analyze and create styles that met our sales goals and margins.
*	Creating bold new fresh ideas for future designs.
*	Liaison between design team, preproduction, and production teams to ensure that development runs smoothly and efficiently.
*	Responsible for style and BOM set up to ensure styles were developed accurately
*	Assisting in styling and photoshoot creative direction.
*	Light illustrator design and sketch work.

Associate Designer/Product Development

*	Assisting in forecasting future trends and design ideas.
*	Working with the Design team on fabric and trim sourcing and development.
*	Keeping track of all concepts and developed fabrics & trims FDF/swatch/punch with accurate GSM.
*	Daily communication via polycom or email with Shanghai team for import fabric and trim sourcing.
*	Creating detail sheets for all potential orders and style developments: listing all styles, creating color codes, art codes, listing fabric contents, quantity, size range, target cost
