Built the Digital Design & Technical Production Group at ESPN and directed all fan-facing design and development from 2001 to 2015.
? Sourced, hired, mentored and managed all aspects of UI/UX, front-end code, and user testing teams.
? Executed global web and native app design and production for all consumer-facing digital products.
? Centralized design and production teams in North America, South America, and Europe.
? Partnered with peers in editorial, tech, and marketing to take digital products from concept to launch.
