Hope Lane is a passionate Social Media Manager and Quick-Turn Content Creator within the action sports, outdoor and fashion industries. Hope previously worked at Volcom in the Art and Marketing departments for 6 years and has since established herself in the media industry. She currently serves as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator for 421 Media, All Gxxd Outdoor Lifestyle Brand, and Official Crown of Laurel.

• Work with VSM Director to plan and prepare team for tradeshows - Coordinating all promo and on-site art for booth from planning to installations
• Oversee production for Window and In Store art assets / Communication & Sourcing (i.e project quotes, facilitating transactions, etc)
• Global Advertising Calendar/ Asset Coordinator/ Asset Delivery Management/ Media Contact Point Person/ Team manager Photo Coordinator
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all materials
• Work with Director and department operations manager to adhere to budget requirements
• Seasonal POP Rollouts - North American Rep orders / Global ordering and fulfillment / Sourcing and quoting / Coordinating pack-outs with shipping / GWP accounts and mailing addresses
• Seasonal Photoshoot Styleout - building outfits, regional tagging and communication
• Go-To-Market global Art Marketing seasonal deliveries and communication
• Meta-tagging, organizing, and overall maintenance of Digital Asset Management system
• Overall Department Duties/Supplies Management
• Global point person between Art and Marketing
